1) Scope
The deliveries, services and offers of FLORAMALL take place exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. With the order of flowers and/or plants, these conditions are considered accepted.

2) Flowers, Plants

We endeavor to deliver your order as shown in the webshop. However, flowers and plants are seasonal natural products and can vary slightly depending on the season. A FLORAMALL bouquet can therefore look a bit different than on the picture.

3) Prices
The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. Delivery costs for the Standard-delivery are € 4.90 and for the Express-delivery € 11.90.

4) VAT
All prices for deliveries in Germany include VAT. 

5) Deliveries
Within Germany, the delivery of all localities is guaranteed and delivery takes place on the desired delivery date by DHL between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries at a certain time are not possible. On Sundays and public holidays there are no deliveries possible. Mother's Day orders are delivery on the Saturday before Mother's Day. If Valentine's Day falls on a Sunday, these orders will also be delivered on Saturday. The delivery by our partner DHL can be delayed in exceptional cases by 1-2 working days. We have no influence on that. For a delivery guarantee, we recommend DHL Express.

6) Subscriptions
You can order flower subscriptions for yourself or for any other person. We can deliver them on a weekly, every two weeks or on a monthly basis on any day of the week. The subscription is valid until you revoke it. You can unsubscribe at any time within the delivery option of your choice two working days before delivery.

7) Correctness of the delivery address
Please check carefully if the delivery address is complete and correct. We can not accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

8) Order confirmations
For every order you will receive within a few minutes an order confirmation with the order number and detailed information about the purchased product by email. If you have provided your correct email address on the order form, the selected item, the purchase price, the delivery date and the address of the sender and recipient will be part of our confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you have not received an order confirmation.

10) Changes or cancellations of orders
Changes or cancellations are possible after having placed an order up to two working days before the delivery date with no additional charge. We trust on your kind understanding, that late changes or cancellations can not be refunded.

11) Privacy
FLORAMALL shall be entitled to process the data relating to the business relationship or in connection with it about the purchaser, whether these originate from the purchaser or from third parties, within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act (DSGVO). Personal data of private customers are treated confidentially and passed on to third parties only for the credit check.

11) Information about the EU Dispute Settlement Body
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution on the Internet at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ (reference in accordance with §36 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG)). FLORAMALL does not participate in any dispute settlement proceedings of a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG. There is no legal obligation to do so.

12) Jurisdiction and applicable law
Uznach, Switzerland is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
